உறுதி செய்தவுடன் கணக்கு உடனே நீக்கப்பட்டு, எல்லா போன்களிலும் வெளியேற்றப்படுவீர்கள். அதே எண்ணில் மீண்டும் உள்நுழைந்தால் புதிய கணக்கு தொடங்கும்.Once you confirm, the account is deleted straight away and you are logged out on every phone. Logging in again with the same number starts a new, empty account.

1. கீழே உள்ள பொத்தான் மூலம், கணக்கில் பதிவு செய்த மொபைல் எண்ணிலிருந்து WhatsApp அல்லது மின்னஞ்சல் அனுப்புங்கள். செய்தியில் உங்கள் பெயர், மொபைல் எண், எந்த ஆப் என்பதைக் குறிப்பிடுங்கள்.Use a button below to message us from the mobile number registered on the account, with your name, that mobile number and which app the account is for.
2. உங்கள் அடையாளத்தை உறுதி செய்ய, அந்த எண்ணுக்கு அழைப்போம் அல்லது செய்தி அனுப்புவோம்.We confirm it is you by calling or messaging that number.
3. மேலே உள்ளவை முடிந்த பின் 30 நாட்களுக்குள் கணக்கை நீக்கி, உங்களுக்குத் தெரிவிப்போம்.Once the items above are settled, we delete the account within 30 days and let you know.

என்ன நீக்கப்படும்?What is deleted

• பெயர், மொபைல் எண், மின்னஞ்சல், முகவரிகள், சேமித்த பட்டியல்கள், அறிவிப்புகள், உள்நுழைவுகள், WhatsApp/SMS பதிவுகளில் உள்ள எண்.Your name, mobile number, email, saved addresses, saved lists, notifications, logins, and your number in our WhatsApp and SMS records.
• பழைய ஆர்டர்களில் உள்ள வீட்டு முகவரி, தொடர்பு எண், குறிப்புகள், மதிப்பீட்டுக் கருத்துகள்.The street address, contact number and notes on your past orders, and the comments on your ratings.
• கடைகள், டெலிவரி பார்ட்னர்களுக்கு: ஆவணப் புகைப்படங்கள், உரிம எண்கள், வங்கி/UPI விவரங்கள், கடைசி இருப்பிடம்.For shops and delivery partners: document photos, licence numbers, bank and UPI details, and last known location.

என்ன வைத்திருக்கப்படும்?What is kept

வரிச் சட்டப்படி ஆர்டர்கள், பில்கள், பணப் பரிவர்த்தனைகள், கடை/பார்ட்னர் பணப்பட்டுவாடா பதிவுகள் (பொதுவாக 8 ஆண்டுகள் வரை) வைத்திருக்கப்படும்; அவற்றில் உங்கள் பெயர் போன்ற விவரங்கள் முடிந்தவரை நீக்கப்படும். பின் முழுமையாக அழிக்கப்படும்.Orders (with the pincode, items and amounts), invoices, payments and shop or partner payout records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally up to eight years), with your personal details removed wherever possible, and then deleted.
