These terms apply to your use of the Manjapai apps and www.manjapai.in, run by Manjapai ("Manjapai", "we"). By creating an account or placing an order you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Delivery Policy.

1. What Manjapai is

Manjapai is a marketplace that connects customers in Kovilpatti with local shops and with delivery partners. The shop is the seller of the goods and is responsible for their quality, quantity, weight, labelling, expiry dates and compliance with food-safety (FSSAI) and other laws. The shop's name, address and, where registered, GSTIN appear on your bill. Manjapai arranges the delivery and collects payments on the shop's behalf.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give a mobile number you control. You log in with a one-time password; do not share it.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse of staff, shops or delivery partners, or misuse of coupons and refunds.

3. Orders and prices

• Prices are set by each shop and include GST where applicable. The delivery fee, any rain or peak-time fee and any discount are shown before you place the order.
• Items sold by weight (vegetables, fruits and similar) are priced on an estimate. The final bill uses the weighed quantity. If you paid more than the final bill, the difference goes to your Manjapai wallet; for cash orders you pay the final amount.
• A shop may decline an order or mark items unavailable. If you allowed substitutes, the shop may send a similar item at its own price; otherwise unavailable items are removed from the bill.
• Coupons have their own conditions shown in the app, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn if misused.

4. Payment

• You can pay by cash on delivery, online (UPI, cards, net banking through Razorpay) or from your Manjapai wallet.
• Online orders that are not paid within 15 minutes are cancelled automatically.
• For cash on delivery, pay the full amount shown in the app to the delivery partner.
• The Manjapai wallet holds refunds and credits. It can be used only for orders on Manjapai, cannot be transferred, and does not earn interest.

5. Delivery

Delivery times, areas and fees are described in the Delivery Policy. Check your items when they arrive and give the delivery code only after you have received your order: sharing the code confirms delivery.

7. Shops and delivery partners

Shops and delivery partners also agree to separate partner terms covering commission, payouts, cash handling, documents and conduct. Delivery partners are independent and are not employees of Manjapai.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services: no false orders, fake reviews, abuse or threats, attempts to break into the apps or systems, or orders for resale of restricted goods.

9. Liability

We work to keep the Services available and accurate but cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Where the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Indian law applies, and the courts with jurisdiction over Kovilpatti, Tamil Nadu, decide disputes.
